Join us Mondays at lunch for a walk and talk. This is a group session where we review the latest science around Mind Health and happiness, and then discuss it together while we walk.
This offers the opportunity to nurture and enhance your well-being, all while being part of a community and having fun while exercising. It also provides a way to work with a coach at a fraction of the cost.
